This condo is amazing. We’ve stayed here twice now. Our most recent stay was in August 2026. Here are things we love about the condo: - The property management person we dealt with (Connie) was fantastic! If we had questions, she would text back immediately. We thought the fridge wasn’t working (it was), she had someone there within 10 minutes. I’ve never had better customer service experience - ever. If you have questions or need anything, she is right on it! - It is very clean. - The owner supplies ~ 10 beach towels, and they’re large and nice. They also have beach chairs, sun umbrella, and 2 boogie boards. There’s also a large, wheeled cooler to use. I even appreciate that they have an outlet expander in the master BR bath. - The patio is enormous. It has a table with 6 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and side tables. Things to know: - There are no lounge chairs to use, only low beach chairs and camping chairs. You can rent them on the beach, but they’re located far from the ocean. - You get 2 car tags for parking, but only ONE spot is reserved for this room. The second care must park in the few “visitor” spots. If the visitor spots are full, you will have to find parking off the property. - There are no cards or keys. The condo entry and all gates are accessed by a numerical code. The condo code is 6-digits and the pool/beach gates are 4-digits. We had a fantastic family vacation. We will definitely come back to this condo!

This condo was wonderful! It looks exactly like the photos, and the beachfront location is fantastic. The furnishings are truly five star quality. The beautiful leather reclining sofas were incredibly comfortable and perfect for relaxing with the movie in the evenings. The beds in both bedrooms were also very comfortable. The condo was well stocked with plenty of bath towels, beach towels, as well as extra sheets and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, although a measuring cup would’ve been a helpful addition. We didn’t use the pool since we prefer spending our time at the beach, but it was busy every day and the kids seem to be having a great time. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and Publix is only about a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay. The only drawback for us were personal preferences rather than issues with the condo itself. We typically prefer a primary bedroom that faces the beach, but this one is on the street side so there was some nighttime traffic noise. We knew this from the listing photos before booking, but the rest of the condo was so beautiful. We decided to give it a try. The balcony is huge however we didn’t end up using it because it overlooks the pool and offers very little privacy. The neighboring units balcony is separated only by a railing so it feels almost like one shared space. I enjoy sitting outside with my morning coffee in my pajamas, and the set up didn’t provide enough privacy for that all that being said this was just a magnificent condo and a great stay. We would love to come back again!

If you’re still searching for a great place to stay – STOP SEARCHING! This is the place! Our stay at this oceanfront condominium was absolutely wonderful. One of the things that matters most to me when traveling is knowing my family is in a clean, safe environment, and this condo delivered on both. The unit is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations! The owners have thought of everything and left no detail overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and well-maintained the space was. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED with EVERYTHING we needed. The bathrooms were spacious and CLEAN. The location is central to everything – shopping, grocery stores, etc. Communication with the host was seamless, and Connie was incredibly kind and very responsive. You can tell she takes great pride in maintaining such a beautiful space. This has officially become our go-to place whenever we travel to the area. Thank you, Connie, for helping make our vacation so special!

20 years at Seaview, and it has only gotten better since we made the change from the top floor. The owners are truly amazing, and I appreciate everything they do to keep this unit such a welcoming, family-friendly place. The unit itself feels like stepping into a Caribbean resort the moment you walk through the door. It has that perfect atmosphere where you can instantly relax, slow down, and enjoy your time away. After all these years, Seaview continues to feel like our home away from home, and we look forward to many more memories in unit 105.
