Just returned for another amazing stay at condo 504 at Seaview in Madeira Beach, and I can’t rave enough about it! From the moment we booked, communication with Connie was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Upon entering the condo, we were blown away by how immaculate it was. It truly felt like a home away from home! The pool and hot tub area were equally impressive; both were impeccably clean, creating a perfect oasis for relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm and friendly atmosphere. We met so many kind-hearted people who made our visit even more enjoyable. The views from the condo are simply breathtaking! We were greeted every morning by playful dolphins dancing in the waves. Watching them never grew old, and it was a magical way to start each day. And let’s not forget about the sunsets—absolutely stunning and a highlight of every evening! This isn’t our first time renting condo 504, and it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already planning our return trip for next spring! Thank you, Connie, for being such a wonderful host and making our stays so memorable. We typically go to Madeira Vista condos yearly, but they are still recovering from the last hurricane of 2024, so since we know the area very well, we decided to try Seaview condos. We booked the Room 504. This place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The host Connie was amazing too, and very responsive. The rooms were big and clean. Nightly dinner on the patio while watching the ocean was next to finding total happiness. We grilled out downstairs and we had a great time. I definitely will be back. My only recommendation would probably be to add additional grills downstairs (if possible) since many people tend to want to grill when they smell someone else's barbecue on the grill.

The condo was beautiful. The view of the gulf was spectacular. The owner thought of everything you would need. Beds were comfortable which is usually hard to find. The condo was perfect. One of the best features was the comfortable deck furniture. I would highly recommend. Shout out to Connie who answered all questons, and returned calls promptly. This one is a winner.

Love this condo!! The bed was so comfortable. The balcony was perfect.

The unit was clean and everything worked. The view was wonderful. Those things should have made this stay a totally wonderful experience. However, the elevator did not function properly the ENTIRE length of our stay. Due to the fact that we were on the fifth floor, that was more than a minor inconvenience. We repeatedly requested that it be fixed and while a technician come out, the problem was not resolved. We asked that a credit be given us due to the situation. Not only did we not get any type of refund, we were not even given the courtesy of a reply to our request. Thus I would suggest potential renters look elsewhere as that is what we will do on our next visit to the area.

It was exactly like the photos. Our family loved the pool and beach. The unit is very clean and well equipped.
